How we handle it
We walk the site with you, mark the high and low points, plan the cut and fill, and run the work with dozers, excavators and articulated trucks scaled to the job. Final grade is dressed and sloped to drain.

Do I need a survey before dirt work?
For property lines, yes. For grading we can shoot our own elevations on site with a rotary laser. We always recommend confirming the boundary with a licensed surveyor before we cut to it.
Will my yard hold up after re-grading?
Yes, when it's compacted in lifts and seeded properly. We'll discuss matting and seed mix options with you before we leave.
